What an absolute honour it was to work with Ella May! From our very first meeting, I entered the design process with only a hope to incorporate fabric from my mother’s wedding dress into my own. With extraordinary care and intuition, Ella May guided me through every step, from the earliest sketches and fabric selection to the final creation. What she created was nothing short of a work of art, far exceeding anything I could have hoped for. Every single detail Ella May created, felt considered and intentional.
Ella May and her exceptional team were an absolute joy to work with; I loved visiting her in her gorgeous studio. Ella May went above and beyond - no idea was ever too ambitious, and her craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly unparalleled. It was, without question, the most beautiful and seamless experience I could have hoped for. I am beyond grateful to have worn such a special piece on my day, and this dress is one I will treasure for years to come.
