These terms & conditions apply to your use of the Site. You should read these T&Cs carefully before creating any dresses as they contain important information about your order.
By accessing the Site and/or by placing an order you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the documents referred to within them. If you do not agree to be bound by these T&Cs you may not use or access the Site. The Site is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use the Site for any commercial purpose and you must be 18 years or over to enquire for an order from the Site.
We may from time to time change these Terms at our sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
PRIVACY: When placing your order you will provide us with a telephone number and email address that we can best reach you on. We will use these contact details to notify you of the progress of your dress. We abide by GDPR laws.
Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by contacting us on the following email hello@ellamaylondon.com. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms.
ORDERS: Ella May London reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason without explanation, including from a customer with whom we are in dispute for a previous order, or if we consider that the customer does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We will tak full body measurements in your appointment to have on record.
Any order implies a payment obligation. The Client declares to be at least 18 years old and to have legal capacity, or if a minor, guarantees to hold a parental authorization to carry out the order.
Ella May London reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that can be created for purchased by a single customer.
Ella May London reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of the dresses offered on the site. The gowns are invoiced on the basis of the rates discussed at the time of placing your order, subject to availability of fabrics.
Please note that we operate a strict non-refund/non-cancellation/non-exchange policy with all of our wedding gowns and other made-to-order gowns. Please also note that we cannot be made responsible for any changes in your measurements once the order has been completed. By placing your order, we require that you have confirmed that you have read and accepted the Ella May London terms and conditions.
PAYMENT: Ella May London only accept payment for orders in Pounds Sterling.
To be eligible to purchase you must: Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
Warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
All invoices will be sent by Ella May London and a bank transfer will be requested for all payments throughout the order. A 'design fee' must be settled before EML commences the work. A 50% deposit will be taken upon agreement to an EML dress order. After the quote has been agreed by both parties further installments will be taken throughout the fitting process. A final payment will be taken once the gown is finished and handed to the owner this will finalise the quote summary.
Payment Terms: Invoice falls due for payment within 30 days.
CANCELLATION / REFUNDS: Please note that we operate a strict non-refund/non-cancellation/non-exchange policy with all of our wedding gowns and other made-to-order gowns. Please also note that we cannot be made responsible for any changes in your measurements once you have collected your final order.
If you decide to cancel the order once we have started work on your dress, and/or once we have ordered fabrics, then the deposit you have paid will not be refunded. This is because once an order has been placed costs are immediately incurred by us.
Should you cancel the order between the time work has started on your order, and/or the fabrics are ordered by us, but before the goods are complete (for example, after initial fittings) then we reserve the right to collect from you a proportion of the balance representing the work completed by us.
If the goods are complete or nearly complete then, in addition to the deposit, we will look for you for the whole balance due.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

In the event you have a complaint regarding a product or service purchased from EML please write to us at Ella May London's address and email above. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes.
